Happy Friday Everyone!!
What a busy week!! Football, Table tennis, invasions, helmet making, poetry….. and so much more!
I haven’t been very well this week. I went to the doctor and he said, "You've got hypochondria." I said, "Not that as well!"
I told him I haven’t been sleeping very well. I had a dream that I was the author of ‘Lord Of The Rings’. The doctor said I’d just been Tolkein in my sleep!
Congratulations to Year 5 who performed really well in their Poetry Assembly this week. I know it was a tough job for the judges to make a decision.
Our table tennis team all performed like Desmond Douglas this week at the tournament in Farnborough with Josh unbeaten!!!
Next week in school is a tough one. It’s Pupil Progress Meetings Week where I meet each teacher and discuss the learning provision in each class and how well children are doing and what we need to do to make things even better.
Don’t forget school is closed next Friday 2nd October for staff training and parents’ evening is 15th October. Letters will come out soon.
Have a great weekend everyone. I shall be cheering England on against Wales in the World Cup on Saturday…….COME ON ENGLAND!
Don’t be late Monday.
